Let AE keep hiërarchy of compositions when rendering

For big projects (tv series), I like to organize my After Effects project in folders. All 'render compositions' are grouped per episode. I would love it when After Effect had the option to keep this folder structure when outputting. It has the ability to put each render in its own folder, but that is rather useless (except for image sequences).

So my request is to have the option to let AE create folders on output. These folders should reflect the structure of the Project.

Please let Creative Cloud file sync eat less resources

In this version of Creative Cloud

my MacPro (12 core, 2013, 48gB RAM, lots of disks) completelty freezes when I activate file sync.

It took a while to discover this, but when I looked in Activity Monitor, I found that the 'Core Sync' process takes all RAM and almost all virtual memory (= disk space on my system disk).
In my case, this was 44gB (of 48 installed) and 350gB disk space (of 500gB system disk).
The Mac start to complain about lack of memory and finally stops to do anything - a complete freeze!



When swithcing the up/download speeds to medium, the sync still takes a lot of memory:

Why does a relatively simpel service takes so much? And why doesn't it switch down when other apps are in need of memory.

My feature request: a priority selector, in stead of the speed selector.
I would love to switch to low priority, when other apps are open.

Note: My Creative Cloud Files folder resides on a separate disk (a great recent improvement!).

Note2: on an iMac (with CCF-folder on separate internal disk), syncing only takes 100mB of RAM.

Updated to newest version, trashed Preferences, repaired permissions,
new sequence, other project...
Any other ideas?

I need Adobe Color CC on my desktop computer!

I have tons of images on my desktop.
To make use of these to generate Color palettes, I need to upload them to my phone?!

Please give us a desktop version of Adobe Color CC!

Ai can give more Transform information

The Transform pallet in Adobe Illustrator cc 2014 can be very informative, but why doesn't it reflect the transformations of a text object? Ai must know the rotation and shear value, but it says zero in the Transform panel.

Repair duplicating sequential numbered Compositions

Try this in After Effects CC 2014:

Make a Composition and name it 'Composition-1'.
Select it, and press cmd-D (Mac).
This results in:
Composition-1
Composition-2

Press cmd-D more to make 6 total:

Composition-1
Composition-2
Composition-3
Composition-4
Composition-5
Composition-6

Now put these in a folder named 'Folder 1',
and duplicate this folder:

Folder 1
  Composition-1
  Composition-2
  Composition-3
  Composition-4
  Composition-5
  Composition-6

Folder 2
  Composition-1
  Composition-2
  Composition-3
  Composition-4
  Composition-5
  Composition-6

Delete 2-6 from Folder 2:

Folder 2

And now duplicate Folder 2's Composition-1 and see what happens:

Move Creative Cloud Files-folder

I need to share a severe amount of data. Usually I do this by WeTransfer, but I would like to use the Creative Cloud Files-way.

But the Creative Cloud Files-folder can not be moved to my Data disk. It must reside on the System disk, which is a small SSD in my case. Why can't we move it, or use an alias?

Or can we?
