AE 5.5: Snap to Proportional Grid


Concise problem statement:
Cannot snap to Proportional Grid

Steps to reproduce bug:
1. Activate Proportional grid
2.Activate Snap to Grid
3.See how it not snaps

Results:
A not very usefull grid

Expected results:
Snap to grid makes the proportional grid snappy
