Snap to point broken in Adobe Illustrator CC 2014?

Since the update I have had several situations where the trusted Snap To Point is not working. Drag an Anchor Point to an other Anchor Point, see how the mouse pointer becomes whit to verify that snapping is going to happen. Release the mouse button and… see how the object does not exactly snap. This is best visible when zoomed in at maximum.

Note: this was a multi layer selection.

    Update: this is due to the 'Snap to Pixel Grid' setting. This is activated automatically on some new document presets. Can be switched of in the Transform Panel.
