AE 5.5: Let us touch locked layers

Let the user touch locked layers

How would you like the feature to work?
When a layer is locked, make it accessible, but not modifyable

Why is this feature important to you?
Because I want to copy a locked layer, or inspect it's parameters, without unlocking it!
